Ok guys my suggestgion is , remove item spawing from normal players .
why add shops if u do just do ::item. before anyone says this wouldnt work , i prepose increasing the amount of gp gained from theiving to enable players to afford the items they want.
removing item spawning would add a certain distinction between finescape and other private servers.
I belive it would aslo encourage variety in the server e.g in current times every player looks the same, but if they had to earn there money not spawn it , maybe it would be differant.
it would make the game more managable and enjoyable, at the moment there is no real to train skills on the server.
