bans and appeals

ok so.. i think the creators of finescape should create some kind of system that if u get banned for doing something wrong u CANT make another account. just try to appeal ur account. the creators should make a computer id sensor and only allow 1-2 accounts made from that same computer id so that the same person doesnt keep coming back to cause any trouble and i think everyone should create there account on www.reborn-server.aforumfree.com. thats where the computer id sensor comes into place.
