Forum Update # 2

Added ranks for admins, donators, moderators, and normal users.

Ranks vary from number of posts, the more posts you have the higher your rank will be.

Also added the roll dice feature, just something fun. You can do the bbcode [/roll/] without the '/' or just say dice roll.

Problem with dices, going to have to fix later.

Sure, why not? We already proved ourselves to be mods ingame, why can't we be forum admins? I'm going to put good players like dtb as forum mods until/if they get ingame mod or however Jason is going to want it. I'm going to go clean and I'll update some more.
