okay guyz this is a post for those noobs that say all capes are glitched,FUCK YOU! 90% of capes are working perfect and all that depends of your luck,example: few days ago i couldnt equip pray,farm,fish,mining and crafting and now i can all i did was trade and log out, so stop flaming jason cuz hes doing everything to make them work and try glitching a lil,might work.

Actually. to you they do because all your skills are 99. If you have lots of skills 1. you need 2 Skills of 99 to wear one cape. but you don't know witch skill. so yah.
