What i think is you shouldn't be able to spawn items but mods and admins can. So you can make items like rune or whips or dragon stuff from smithing and gs armour and gs at godwars or from killing bosses. So crafting to make d- hide etc. Also cooking and fishing for food and herblore for pots. And there should be all purpose shop to sell items for cash for buy items if your too lazy to make items. And you should lose items in pk so it would really give more of a rs pking feel since you can't spawn items.
